I hope the year has started well. If your kids have begun their school year, I hope they settled brilliantly.

Just a quick one from me. Following a discussion with a customer yesterday I thought it worth mentioning that if there is a mistake with your address , we will be advised within a few days so that we can correct it. It might not happen the very next day but within a few days, it is likely that we will be able to help you sort it. If you do realise it before we do, give me a shout so we can rectify it.
