Hello from the Helpdesk. I thought this week I would use the opportunity to remind you of our return policy.

 

There are 4 stages in the returns process:

 

  • Return is logged.

 

  • Item is returned to Start My Car.

 

  • Item is assessed by our technical department.

 

  • If item qualifies for a refund or replacement, this will be processed within 5-7 days.

 

It’s that simple. But if there is any confusion, you know where to find me.
