It’s me again. I just wanted to check in with you and thank you for all the communication over the last week. Black Friday is a stressful time for retailers as there is a chance that things can go wrong.

I am delighted that aside from a very small numbers of orders we were able to maintain the very high standard that we set for ourselves.
