Start My Car has partnered with RAM couriers and PUDO/The Courier Guy to deliver your parcel.In order to best manage expectations, please have a look at the below guidelines:
Pudo Locker Delivery
Costs
- Free Pudo locker delivery for orders over R350 countrywide.
- R60 delivery fee for orders below R350.
Delivery Timetables
• Orders received Monday to Thursday before 9am will be dispatched the same day.
• Order received after 9am on Friday to Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
PUDO delivery typically takes between 1 and 4 working days. You will get notified once your parcel is ready for collection at the locker of your choice.
You have to colelct your parcel from the locker within 24 hours of receiving the 'Ready For Collection' notification.
RAM Door-To-Door Delivery
Costs
- Free Pudo locker delivery for orders over R550 countrywide.
- R99 delivery fee for orders below R550.
Delivery Timetables
• Orders received Monday to Thursday before 9am will be dispatched the same day.
• Orders received after 9am on Friday to Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
RAM delivery typically takes between 2 and 3 working days to deliver to all main centres. Smaller cities and rural areas may take 5 to 7 working days.
Please note: Whereas we will do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible, Start My Car will not be held responsible for delays outside of our control.Please note further, that although there are rare cases when a product is listed as being in stock but we are unable to locate it, we will endeavor to communicate this as soon as it is brought to our attention and supply an alternative or refund the purchase.
